Third Party Verification

TPV is the moment the enrollment becomes real — and the moment a careless rep loses it. Walk the workflow, then lock in the three rules.

The four TPV steps

  1. Step 1 — Input enrollment information

    The representative inputs the necessary enrollment information into the TPV application.

  2. Step 2 — Agent has left the property

    The TPV confirms that the Field Sales Agent has left the property.

  3. Step 3 — Customer verifies independently

    The customer completes the verification independently, with no input from the representative.

  4. Step 4 — Signature captured

    The customer signature is captured in the provided area according to the source training.
